Border Community Nurses

Border Community Nurses is a privately owned, nurse-led in-home care service based in Albury, NSW, providing clinical nursing care to residents of the Albury–Wodonga region for more than 30 years. Formerly known as NGM Home Nurses, the organisation rebranded in 2023 and is directed by Registered Nurses who deliver high-intensity clinical care, personal care, and palliative care in clients' own homes. Services include wound management, catheter and stoma care, medication administration, diabetes management, enteral feeding, and DVA-funded community nursing for eligible veterans. Hourly nursing rates range from $140 on weekdays to $180 on public holidays, with travel charges applying beyond 10 km of Albury–Wodonga. The service also supports NDIS participants and self-managed Home Care Package holders through brokerage arrangements.
