Anglicare Southern Queensland provides Support at Home aged care services in Bundaberg and across Queensland, enabling older people to receive care while living at home. Services include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry, dietetics, personal care and hygiene assistance, nursing care (medication management, wound care, dementia support, palliative care), cleaning and domestic assistance, home maintenance and accessibility modifications, health and wellbeing programmes, spiritual care, and social support. This is a community-based home care provider, not a residential aged care facility. Services are funded through the Federal Government's Support at Home programme, accessed via My Aged Care. Anglicare provides dedicated support to help clients select services matched to their individual needs.
