Wishart Gardens is a recently renovated residential aged care community operated by Carinity in Wishart, Brisbane, serving the Upper Mt Gravatt area for more than 25 years. The facility offers permanent residential care, dementia care, respite care, and palliative care in private single suites with options ranging from standard shared-bathroom rooms to premium suites with kitchenette and private balcony. A Registered Nurse is on-site at all times, supported by a dedicated team of carers, and a chef cooks fresh meals on-site daily.
