Arcare Aged Care Mount Waverley

Arcare Aged Care Mount Waverley is a new premium residential aged care residence in the City of Monash, located at 482 High Street Road, Mount Waverley, about 16km south-east of Melbourne's CBD, opening in August 2026. The residence will offer 118 private suites, each with an ensuite bathroom, arranged across thoughtfully planned communities designed around natural light and a central courtyard. It will provide permanent residential aged care, dementia care and respite care for residents from Mount Waverley and surrounding eastern suburbs such as Glen Waverley, Burwood, Clayton and Chadstone. Amenities are set to include a café, multi-purpose activity rooms, a hair salon, theatre space, billiard room, gym and private dining room, supporting Arcare's relationship-first approach to care.
