St. Clare Retirement Precinct

St. Clare Retirement Precinct is a premium, over-55s independent retirement living community in Studley Park, Kew, operated by VMCH (Villa Maria Catholic Homes), a for-purpose Catholic organisation. The $250 million precinct opened in December 2025 and comprises 103 luxury apartments across two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus study, three-bedroom, and penthouse configurations, with residences starting from $1,280,000. Set on a 1.4-hectare site with 50% retained as open space including walking trails, parks, and a fenced dog exercise yard, heritage buildings have been repurposed into wellness and entertainment facilities. World-class amenities include an indoor heated magnesium pool, gymnasium, cinema, Speakeasy bar, hair and beauty salon, library, chapel, private dining rooms, and consulting suites for visiting allied health professionals. Staff are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week on an on-call basis, with a 24-hour emergency call service.
