Jubilee Community Care

Jubilee Community Care is a Brisbane-based not-for-profit organisation and registered charity that has provided personalised home care services for over 35 years. They deliver support through the Australian Government's Support at Home program, Commonwealth Home Support Program, and private services, helping older people remain living independently in their own homes. Services span daily living and home support, personal and clinical care, transport, allied health and wellbeing, and social and community connection activities. They primarily serve Brisbane's western and northern suburbs and operate a social club called Jubilee Wanderers that organises regular group outings for clients. As a home care agency, they do not operate a residential aged care facility.
