Seacrest Village

Seacrest Village is an independent living retirement community in Sorrento, Western Australia, for residents aged 55 and over, located less than five minutes from Hillarys Marina and the northern beaches. The community comprises 169 independently owned villas and units (110 two and three-bedroom villas and 59 one-bedroom and bedsit units) governed by a resident-elected Strata Council. Residents enjoy an active lifestyle with extensive social activities including games days, movie nights, quiz nights, and bus trips. Facilities include a swimming pool, gym, lawn bowls, library, and garden areas. No aged care or nursing services are provided; this is purely an independent living community.
