BaptistCare At Home - Illawarra/Southern Highlands Hub

BaptistCare At Home – Illawarra/Southern Highlands Hub is a community-based home care service, not a residential facility, providing government-subsidised support to help older Australians remain living independently in their own homes. Services span everyday practical support, health and wellbeing nursing care, social connection, and rehabilitation and reablement programmes, all delivered through personalised care plans. The service transitioned to the Australian Government's new Support at Home programme on 1 November 2025, replacing the previous Home Care Packages framework. BaptistCare is a purpose-led Christian organisation that has served people and communities across Australia for more than 110 years, currently supporting more than 78,000 customers nationwide.
