HammondCare Forest Oak Social Club

HammondCare Forest Oak Social Club is a day respite and social program located at the Port Hacking Community Centre in Caringbah, in Sydney's Sutherland Shire. The service provides inclusive day-based care for older people living with frail aged needs and dementia, with a focus on social connection and community engagement. Activities are tailored to individual interests and include board games, gardening, bus outings, arts and crafts, exercise sessions, and cooking. Home-cooked, nutritious meals are prepared on site each day, with clients welcome to help in the kitchen. The service also gives primary carers a meaningful break from their caring responsibilities.
