BaptistCare At Home – New England Hub (Walcha) is a home care service operated by BaptistCare, a purpose-led Christian organisation with more than 110 years of experience supporting Australians. The service delivers government-subsidised support under the Support at Home program to help older people remain living independently in their own homes. Services span everyday practical assistance, health and wellbeing nursing care, social connection, and rehabilitation and reablement. BaptistCare supports more than 78,000 customers nationally and tailors care plans to individual needs as those needs change over time. This is not a residential aged care facility.
