Uniting Elizabeth Gates Singleton is a residential aged care facility located at 128 Blaxland Ave, Singleton Heights NSW 2330, comprising two distinct communities: Elizabeth Gates (35 residents) and Alroy House (two households of 25 residents each, including a secure Memory Support Unit for people living with dementia). The facility follows a 'Household Living' model, empowering residents to live day-to-day in a home-like environment with dedicated Homemakers in each household. A Registered Nurse is on site 24/7, and a range of allied health professionals is available to address individual needs. Accommodation includes single rooms with private ensuites, single rooms with shared bathrooms, and companion (double) rooms, with a full RAD of $600,000 for the standard Comfort Living room.
