BlueCare Fassifern Home and Community Care

BlueCare Fassifern Community Centre is a home and community care location operated by BlueCare, the community-care arm of UnitingCare Queensland. Based in the Fassifern region of Queensland, it provides in-home and community support services designed to help older people stay independent in their own homes rather than residential accommodation. BlueCare has delivered home care across Queensland for over 70 years, since 1953. Services are offered under the government's Support at Home programme, with guidance available on funding and costs. As a UnitingCare service, it operates on a not-for-profit basis.
