It is co-located with Canossa Private Hospital, Medical Centre, and Retirement Village as part of a community precinct established by the Canossian Sisters, a Catholic religious order central to the facility's mission of holistic and compassionate care. The facility offers permanent residential care, residential respite care, and dementia-friendly aged care in secure wings, as well as accommodation for couples. Registered nurses are on duty at all times providing 24-hour nursing care including medication administration, wound care, and oxygen treatment. Residents enjoy five freshly prepared meals daily and a monthly activities calendar organised by Diversional Therapists, including bus outings, concerts, exercise classes, art and crafts, and gardening.
