HammondCare River Oak Social Club

HammondCare River Oak Social Club is a day respite service located at Green Point on NSW's Central Coast, providing weekly social club sessions for older people living with frail aged needs or dementia. It offers a safe, inclusive environment where clients can take a break from their home, socialise with peers, and enjoy tailored activities such as bus outings, gardening, exercise, arts and crafts, and board games. Home-cooked meals are prepared fresh on-site each day, with clients welcome to help in the kitchen. The service also gives family members and carers a meaningful break from their caring roles. Pastoral care support and referral information for other services are also available through the club.
