Manning Support Services Inc. (MSS)

Manning Support Services Inc. (MSS) is a not-for-profit, community-based organisation that has been operating since the late 1970s across the MidCoast and Port Macquarie-Hastings local government areas in New South Wales. It is primarily a home care and community support service — not a residential aged care facility — offering Support at Home packages, Commonwealth Home Support Program services, domestic assistance, transport, meal delivery, and respite care for older people. MSS also provides services for youth, families, carers, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities from offices in Taree, Port Macquarie, Gloucester, and Forster. Allied health support includes occupational therapy, and a monthly Carer Support Group meets in Taree for people caring for a loved one.
