At Ease Community Nursing

At Ease is a community nursing provider specialising in in-home healthcare for veterans and war widowers in Townsville, North Queensland. Services include wound care, medication management, continence advisory, mobility assistance, post-operative care, mental health support, and end-of-life care. Care is delivered by registered and enrolled nurses who tailor individualised care plans to each client's unique needs. The service is free for eligible veterans with Department of Veterans' Affairs funding, including those holding Veteran Gold Cards and eligible White Card holders.
