Stroud Community Lodge

Stroud Community Lodge is a community-owned not-for-profit residential aged care facility located in the village of Stroud, NSW, established in 1990. The single-storey facility offers 31 permanent residential rooms — all single occupancy with ensuite — catering for low care, high care, and ageing in place, plus three self-contained independent living units. Respite care is also available when rooms allow. The Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) is set at $425,000, with a Daily Accommodation Payment option of $97.34 per day and a Basic Daily Fee of $65.55 per day. The facility is staffed 24/7 with Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Personal Care Workers, and offers on-site allied health visits including fortnightly physiotherapy and weekly podiatry.
