Ferndale Gardens is a modern residential aged care facility in Bayswater North, Victoria, accommodating 118 residents on Bayswater Road with convenient access to public transport, the Eastland shopping centre, and Maroondah Hospital. The home offers four room types — all single rooms with ensuites — ranging from a 22m² Standard room (RAD $500,000) up to a 45.5m² Super Outlook Suite with balcony views (RAD $1,006,844), plus master suites for couples.
