RFBI Care at Home – South Western Sydney is a home care service operated by the Royal Freemasons' Benevolent Institution (RFBI), a not-for-profit organisation founded in 1880. It provides in-home assistance to older Australians in the South Western Sydney region, supporting people to live independently at home. RFBI as a whole operates 20 retirement villages, 22 residential care facilities, and home care services across NSW and the ACT, caring for more than 2,500 older Australians daily. The South Western Sydney location is one of several regional home care hubs operated by RFBI, with a dedicated local Care Coordinator available to clients.
