Reliant Healthcare is an in-home nursing and care services provider headquartered in Potts Point, NSW, with a second office in Fortitude Valley, QLD. They offer private home care, government-subsidised Support At Home packages, NDIS support, and in-home nursing, all coordinated by registered nurses. With over 40 years of experience, they are accredited by the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS) via the EQUIP6 programme and achieved 100% compliance with both Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS standards in their most recent audit. All services are delivered in clients' own homes; this is not a residential aged care facility.
