The Uniting AgeWell Community Hub in Braybrook is a health and wellness centre operated by Uniting AgeWell, a not-for-profit organisation of the Uniting Church in Australia with over 70 years of service to older Victorians and Tasmanians. The hub is purpose-designed to help older people meet health goals, stay socially connected, and continue living independently in the community.
