This is a large, newly redeveloped 166-bed residential care service in East Maitland, designed to foster an integrated community experience. It operates on a household model, with 15-16 single rooms, each with an ensuite, grouped into distinct living areas that include their own lounge, dining, and kitchen spaces. The environment is built to feel warm and comfortable, prioritising ease of movement and residents' health and wellbeing. The service offers residential and respite care, with a focus on supporting independence and quality of life, and includes a wellness centre and outdoor recreation areas. The operator, Fresh Hope Communities, welcomes people from all backgrounds.
