Western District Health Service

Coleraine and District Health Service is a campus of Western District Health Service (WDHS), a public health service in the Coleraine area of western Victoria. It provides residential aged care alongside a range of health and community services, including palliative care, district nursing and primary care. On-site and visiting allied health is available, including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry, speech pathology and nutrition/dietetics. As a government-operated service it also offers community supports such as social support groups, community transport and an NDIS programme. Amenities at the wider service include the Green Bean Café, a library and gardens.
