Nexia Aged Care

Nexia Aged Care is a privately operated provider based at 176 Station Road, New Gisborne, Victoria, offering residential aged care alongside an in-home Support at Home program serving Melbourne's western and northern suburbs. Its single residential home provides private bedrooms with ensuites and garden views, with specialised dementia care, palliative care, respite care and on-site nursing. Staff are on hand 24/7 and care is person-centred, guided by values of rights, empowerment, support, partnership, enrichment, compassion and trust. The provider is running a Warm Welcome Offer with a Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) reduced to $450,000 (from $550,000) for permanent placements, plus a respite special of three weeks for the price of one. Nexia is overseen by the Australian Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission and is led by managing director Anthony Palmieri.
