Jack Lonsdale Lodge is a modern 45-bed aged care community on spacious grounds in Sebastopol, Ballarat, operated by Grampians Health. It is arranged as three houses of 15 beds each for a homely, family-like feel, with 15 single rooms with private ensuites and 30 beds in double rooms with shared ensuites. The home includes a dedicated 12-bed Memory Support house for residents living with dementia, plus beds allocated to the Transition Care Program. A registered nurse manages care at all times, and residents enjoy landscaped gardens, secure courtyards, an on-site hairdresser, a BBQ and pizza oven, and an active lifestyle program.
