Uniting Bramley Beecroft

Uniting Bramley Beecroft is a retirement and independent living community operated by Uniting in New South Wales, offering rental housing for residents aged 55 and over. The facility provides three types of rental arrangements: social housing through the NSW Government's Social and Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF), affordable housing for those on low or moderate incomes, and standard market-rate rentals. Residents must be able to live independently, as home care and nursing services are not provided as part of the tenancy. The community is non-smoking and governed by standard NSW residential lease agreements. Uniting is a not-for-profit organisation affiliated with the Uniting Church, serving both general and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across NSW and ACT.
