Southern Cross Care Central Office & Home Care

Southern Cross Care Central Office & Home Care is the home care division of South Australia's largest not-for-profit aged care provider, established in 1968. They deliver in-home nursing, personal care, and allied health services across Adelaide, Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu Peninsula, Darwin and parts of Victoria. Services include medication management, wound care, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, podiatry, dietetics and social work. The organisation operates through government-funded Support at Home, CHSP, and private in-home care options, with qualified nurses, personal carers and allied health professionals providing care seven days a week.
