NVC Group Ltd

NVC Group Ltd is a community-owned and operated not-for-profit organisation based in Macksville on the NSW Mid North Coast, established in 1974 to support older people and families across the Nambucca Valley, Coffs Harbour, and Macleay Valley. The organisation delivers home care services for older people, helping them remain safe and independent at home through personal care, transport, domestic assistance, meal support, respite, and social support. NVC Group's former residential aged care homes and retirement villages (Riverside Gardens, Autumn Lodge, and Cedar Place) have been transferred to not-for-profit provider Respect, and the organisation now focuses on home and community care, medical services, training, and workforce support. It also operates the Macksville Medical Centre (which includes physiotherapy), NV College (a registered training organisation specialising in aged care and hospitality), an e-learning platform called Practi, and an international care service in Malaysia.
