Regis Day Therapy Centre in Cairns is a community-based allied health and therapy service supporting independent living for older adults. The centre offers physiotherapy, rehabilitative care, and group exercise and fitness classes in a social and safe environment. Services are available as both one-to-one sessions and group classes tailored to individual needs.
