Gratifying Care is an award-winning home care and disability support provider founded in 2020 by Registered Nurse Theresa Ziwenga, based in Curlewis on the Bellarine Peninsula and serving clients across the Bellarine Peninsula and Greater Geelong region. The organisation provides personalised clinical nursing, personal care, and domestic assistance to over 90 clients, funded through Home Care Packages, DVA, NDIS, and private arrangements. Services include wound management, medication assistance, post-hospital care, diabetes management, personal hygiene support, meal preparation, and transport. As a home care agency rather than a residential facility, all care is delivered in clients' own homes with the aim of supporting independent living. Gratifying Care has been recognised as a Victorian Community Achievement Awards Finalist for three consecutive years (2023, 2024, and 2025).
