Uniting AgeWell Noble Park AgeWell Centre

Noble Park AgeWell Centre is a community health and wellness day centre in Noble Park, Victoria, operated by Uniting AgeWell, a not-for-profit organisation of the Uniting Church in Australia with over 70 years of service to older Victorians and Tasmanians. The centre offers social connections programs including group activities such as gentle exercise, craft, and games, as well as weekly community outings to cafés and local attractions, and telephone-based social support from home. Day respite services are available for carers, providing a supervised daytime program for their loved ones while carers take a break. This is a day centre and community program hub, not a residential aged care facility; Uniting AgeWell operates a separate Noble Park Community residential care site within its network of 21 accredited communities across Victoria and Tasmania.
