Kenilworth Gardens is an independent retirement village set on 12 acres of established gardens in Bowral, New South Wales Southern Highlands, approximately one kilometre south of Bowral's main street. The village offers 67 single-level independent villas and units in one to two-bedroom-plus-study configurations, alongside 16 serviced apartments within the heritage-listed Kenilworth House — a Federation-style bungalow built in 1917. Serviced apartments provide all-inclusive living with meals, cleaning, and care support available, with no exit fees, and are also suited to short-term stays. Village care coordinators are available 24/7 and every residence is fitted with emergency call buttons; private nursing services can be arranged if needs increase over time. The community welcomed its first residents in 1981 and was purchased by private Bowral-based entity DH KWGE Pty Ltd in 2024.
