Carinity Home Care - West Moreton

Carinity Home Care – West Moreton is the Ipswich-based home care team of Carinity, a not-for-profit, Christian-based care organisation operating across Queensland since 1949. It provides locally-coordinated, government-approved in-home support to seniors and people with disability across the West Moreton region, from Springfield and Karalee out to Laidley, Grandchester and Peak Crossing. Services include domestic assistance, personal care, nursing and clinical care, wellness and lifestyle support, and specialist dementia care, delivered under Support at Home, CHSP, NDIS and veterans' home care programmes. This is an in-home care service rather than a residential facility, though Carinity also operates residential aged care communities elsewhere in Queensland, including Colthup Manor in Ipswich.
