NVC Group is a community-owned and operated organisation located on the NSW Mid North Coast, established in 1974, with offices in Coffs Harbour, Kempsey, and Macksville. The organisation provides home and community care services including personal care, transport, domestic assistance, meal support, respite, and social support to help older people remain safe and independent at home. NVC Group also operates the Macksville Medical Centre, NV College (a registered training organisation), and related workforce and e-learning platforms. Residential aged care homes and retirement villages previously managed by NVC Group have been transferred to not-for-profit provider Respect; enquiries about residential care are directed to the Respect website.
