The Australian Chinese Community Association (ACCA) Northern Centre is located in Chatswood, NSW, and is one of three ACCA service centres across Sydney. Established in 1974, ACCA is a not-for-profit community organisation that has provided government-funded home and community care services to the Chinese-Australian community for over 50 years. ACCA is a home care and community support provider — not a residential aged care facility — offering Support at Home packages, Home Care Packages (HCP), NDIS disability services, and CHSP day care programmes for frail older people. Services are delivered by staff with formal qualifications in nursing, social work, and aged care, and are provided in clients' homes, at community centres, or on ACCA's own premises.
