Seton Villa

Seton Villa is a registered NDIS provider and community housing organisation in Marsfield, NSW, founded by the Daughters of Charity of St Vincent de Paul in 1966. It operates seven purpose-built Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) homes across Marsfield, Eastwood, and North Ryde, supporting people with intellectual disabilities to live as independently as possible. The organisation also provides Supported Independent Living (SIL) services, including for residents of other SDA providers, and facilitates Social and Community Participation programmes. It is a registered charity with the ACNC and relies on donations and bequests in addition to NDIS funding. Seton Villa is not a residential aged care facility — it serves people living with disabilities under the NDIS framework.
