Zion Aged Care & Home Care

Zion Aged Care is a not-for-profit residential aged care facility located at 24 Union Street in the inner-north Brisbane suburb of Nundah, Queensland, operated by Lutheran Services. The facility has been established in the Nundah community for more than 30 years, offering permanent residential care, respite care, dementia care, and palliative care within a community-focused environment grounded in Lutheran values. All rooms are single occupancy with private ensuites, available across several named wings in sizes ranging from 12–16 square metres. On-site services include a physiotherapist and occupational therapist available weekdays, music therapy, chef-prepared meals, a hairdresser, chaplaincy, and a lifestyle team active six days per week. The surrounding Nundah neighbourhood provides convenient access to public transport, shopping, and medical services.
