Melody Park is a residential aged care facility operated by Adventist Retirement Plus, set within a natural bushland setting at Nerang on Queensland's Gold Coast, close to beaches, shopping centres, and major hospitals. The facility offers 40 residential places, with 20 of those dedicated to residents with memory impairment and dementia, and is co-located with independent living units on the same site. Care services encompass residential, respite, dementia, and palliative care, with nursing and personal care staff available around the clock. Amenities include an indoor heated swimming pool and spa, professional hairdresser, library, chapel with weekly services, garden areas, and daily activities programmes. Accommodation is in individual en-suite rooms with a maximum Refundable Accommodation Deposit of $490,000.
