Cro Care (Victorian Croatian Aged Care Services) is a purpose-built, 100-bed residential aged care facility located at 38–46 Barton St, Bell Park, Victoria, which opened in July 2021 as Victoria's first Croatian ethno-specific aged care home. The facility includes a secure 28-bed Memory Support Unit designed specifically for residents living with dementia, and provides 24/7 nursing and personal care for both permanent and respite residents. Allied health support is comprehensive, with an onsite physiotherapist available three days per week alongside occupational therapy, speech pathology, podiatry, and dietetics, as well as GP, dental, chiropractic, psychology, and optometry access. The lifestyle programme includes exercise and mobility classes, music, arts and crafts, cultural and spiritual celebrations, community outings, and gardening, with pastoral and Catholic spiritual care also provided. Established by the Australian Croatian community after more than 40 years of planning, Cro Care is a not-for-profit service where Croatian language, food, faith, and customs are central to daily life.
