Uniting Westmead

Uniting Westmead is a not-for-profit aged care and retirement community located at 1 Caroline Street, Westmead NSW 2145, continuing a 55-year legacy of care in the area. The site combines residential aged care with 24/7 support, retirement and independent living apartments (Park Meadows by Uniting), assisted living, and an early learning centre in one integrated precinct. A wellness hub on site includes a community café, seniors' gym, chapel, hair and beauty salon, and allied health consulting rooms. Situated within Westmead's health precinct, the facility is a short walk from Westmead Hospital, Westmead train station, and World Heritage-listed Parramatta Park. Uniting is one of the largest not-for-profit providers of seniors' services in NSW and the ACT, and holds accreditations for LGBTI safety and workplace health and safety.
