Fronditha Care Support Hub

Fronditha Care is an award-winning not-for-profit aged care provider specialising in assisting older Australians from a Greek cultural background. This Support Hub delivers community services for clients who continue to live in their own homes, including Home Care Packages, domestic assistance, access and support, social support groups, and brokerage. The broader organisation also operates four residential aged care facilities across Victoria (Clayton, Templestowe, Thornbury and St Albans) plus a site in Newcastle, NSW, all fully accredited for three years. As a not-for-profit, donations are reinvested into refurbishments, new programs and community initiatives.
