Refundable Accommodation Deposits range from $450,000 to $550,000 depending on room selection, with daily fees comparable to other facilities. The innovative model provides 24/7 specialised care through House Companions and professional services teams, along with a full town centre featuring shops, café, cinema, gym, spa, dental and GP facilities. Residents are encouraged to maintain independence and dignity with person-centred care focused on freedom of movement and individual lifestyle choice.
