Harbour At Home

Harbour At Home is an award-winning home care and community support provider serving the Coffs Harbour, Grafton, and Port Macquarie areas of NSW, operating from North Boambee Valley for more than 34 years. The organisation delivers a full range of in-home services including Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), Veteran Home Care (VHC), and DVA nursing services. Allied health support is available through in-house Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists, alongside personal care, domestic assistance, gardening, meal preparation, and home safety modifications. Harbour At Home is not a residential aged care facility — all care is delivered in clients' own homes within the community.
