Edenlife Communities

Edenlife Communities operates three land lease communities for over 50s in Western Australia (Australind, Byford, and Margaret River). Residents purchase homes outright and lease the land under a 60-year lease, paying a weekly site fee that covers Shire rates, taxes, and bundled power. This is independent living with no care, nursing, or medical services provided; the communities are secure, gated properties.
