Raelene Boyle Retirement Village is a modern retirement community operated by Ryman Healthcare, located in the leafy suburb of Aberfeldie, approximately 10km from Melbourne CBD. The village offers a full continuum of care including independent living apartments, assisted living in serviced apartments, residential aged care (low and high care), specialist dementia care, and respite care within an on-site care centre. Independent apartments feature spacious designs with indoor-outdoor flow to covered patios or balconies, while serviced apartments include housekeeping and chef-prepared meals. Extensive village amenities include a heated indoor swimming pool and spa, gym, all-weather bowling green, café, bar, hair and beauty salon, library, workshop, craft room, and billiards room. Ryman residents receive priority access to the care centre, and the operator uses a deferred management fee (DMF) model calculated at 30% of the entry price.
