Sunnycare Residential & Home Care Service

Sunnycare is a Brisbane-based aged care and disability support provider founded in 2013, which opened its first residential aged care facility in Brisbane South in 2022. The facility offers 24/7 nursing and personal care support in a home-like environment, with specialised programs for dementia and palliative care. Staff deliver culturally sensitive care with strong connections to Vietnamese, Chinese, and Arabic communities, including authentic cultural meals and celebration of cultural events. Care plans are personalised and regularly reviewed in collaboration with residents, families, GPs, and allied health professionals. The organisation has grown to become one of the 12 largest care providers in Australia, also offering NDIS disability services and in-home support across South East Queensland, Melbourne, and Sydney.
