Care Connect

Care Connect is a not-for-profit in-home care provider established in 1994, helping older Australians remain living independently at home rather than entering residential care. They have supported more than 85,000 people through access to one of Australia's largest networks of vetted care workers. Services include personal care assistance, home nursing, complete allied health care, transport, social support, cleaning, gardening, and meal preparation. They operate under the Australian Government's Support at Home programme (which replaced Home Care Packages) and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP). As a community-based home care agency, Care Connect does not provide residential aged care accommodation.
